With 20 years experience working as a commercial executive, I made the decision to change career and make my dream come true: I created Emotional Strategies and now I help people to fully express themselves in every area of life.
After many years of training in Italy and abroad, which allowed me to meet Masters and disciplines that have so enriched my life, today I carry out my activity as:
– Professional Coach with ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential from ICF (International Coaching Federation).
– Emotional Intelligence Coach (first in Italy to be certified by Daniel Goleman, after successfully completing a New York based training exclusively reserved to 50 professionals internationally)
– Strategic Problem Solver and Strategic Coach (Nardone Group).
– Body Mediation Professional Counselor – 4 yrs Diploma (SIAB – Società Italiana di Analisi Bioenergetica) and #11327 Member of CNCP – Coordinamento Nazionale Counsellor Professionisti).
I also obtained the ESaC (Emotional Skills and Competencies) international certification issued by PEI (Paul Ekman International), the international Body founded by Professor Paul Ekman, currently the leading expert in the study of facial micro expressions of emotions.
I am also a Mindfulness enthusiast, having had the opportunity to deepen my practice through various residential experiences at the “Plum Village” Mindfulness Practice Center founded by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
This path led to a personal and professional transformation, improved the quality of my relationships with people, allowed me to choose the job I love and to live a life in which I fully recognize myself.
Now is the time to put my experience at the service of others.
